A great irony, as I was 10th in the phone queue for the dentist due to a lost filling and that sharp sensitivity due to exposed nerves. I find myself in a bind..I guess maybe thos recent filling ejected as a defence mechanism, given your thesis..but the quick fix is amalgam if I even get an appointment..Do you have any DIY recommendations? Please! Looks like ceramic is part of a "two tier" healthcare, where us plebs make do with with whatever is thrown at us and the nobs get posh teeth. There's a tooth apocalypse in the UK.. thanks John
Metal free ceramics are the best. They are just like putting in a composite filling. The brand of got was Saremco
Don’t get amalgam or normal composites or glass ionomer fillings as they all slowly leak as well. A holistic dentist is best. I don’t have any diy recommendations though. There’s hydroxyapatite toothpaste out there which is supposed to fill small holes but whether it works or not I don’t know. I can’t use normal toothpaste. They all have titanium dioxide in them which I’m allergic to.
