Get rid of wrinkles easily.

What I did, was melt the beef fat and pour it into lolly moulds. The moulds I had were shaped like Lego bricks, the ones that have 8 dots on them, the 2 x 4s.
I would eat five of them a day, and that seemed to do most things, including making all my wrinkles disappear.
I can’t guarantee that you may get the same results eating 5 a day as I’m thinking it’s a percentage of your diet that comes into play. I don’t eat very much, and I eat mainly meat, which has fat anyway, so your own situation will affect how much you need to take daily.
Those who have had their gallbladders removed will also face troubles as they can’t tolerate much fat. The gallbladder is the main detoxification organ in the body.
It’s not easy eating cold beef fat, but the best way I’ve found is to take a small nibble of your fat Lego brick, chew it up, then take a sip of a hot drink to mix with it and make it liquid. This way, you don’t notice the beef fat. You can eat one Lego brick in about 4 nibbles without even noticing it. Don’t try melting it and drinking it, as if my experience was anything to go by, it will make you feel sick.
Doing it this way, 5 a day doesn’t seem so hard. Maybe 5 is all you will need, but I expect most will need at least 10 per day because of their normal diet and the amount of food they eat. Remember, it’s a percentage of your diet that should be beef fat to achieve these improvements in health and nourishment, for it is nourishment of the skin and bones that you are achieving.
Make those wrinkles disappear from the inside out, with little cost and little preparation, and know that it’s been tested by many others around the world.
You could instead go and buy expensive wrinkle creams developed by the cosmetics industry, but these have substances in them that can cause you to develop health issues, are very expensive and don’t work as well as beef fat.
